By downloading or using Form Sports you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The Service

Form Sports provides sports predictions, tips, and statistical analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a bookmaker, do not accept wagers, and do not pay out winnings.

2. No Guarantees

Predictions are based on data and modeling but are not guaranteed to be accurate. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Form Sports.

4. Purchases

Premium picks and passes are unlocked using in-app wallet credit. On iOS, credit is purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and is subject to Apple's terms. Wallet credit and unlocks are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple's policies. Credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute our predictions.
Do not attempt to bypass payment or access controls.
Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Form Sports is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
